Terms and Conditions
1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 3 P.M. and Check-out is 10 A.M (UTC – 4 )
No early check-in or late check-out.
2. NO SMOKING
Villa Crownridge is a NON SMOKING unit.
3. NO PETS ALLOWED
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A reservation deposit of $500,- of the total costs is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. This deposit is applied toward rent.
5. DAMAGE DEPOSIT
On arrival you will have to pay a deposit of $300,- cash to the local property manager. The deposit is fully refunded at your departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started.
d. All keys are handed over to the property manager before departure.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by the owner.
6. PAYMENT
The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders, wire transfer or cashiers checks.

7. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests per villa is limited to six (6) persons.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES
Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
While linens and bath towels are included in the Villa, daily maid service is not included. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the Villa.
11. RATE CHANGES
Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS
Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
